What experience does Hannah have?
Hannah is a qualified and experienced people professional with 15 years’ experience across a range of senior HR, OD and L&D roles. She is a Chartered Member of the CIPD, with coaching qualifications from CMI and ILM, and is certified as an Insights Discovery practitioner. Hannah has led projects in a range of sectors, from not-for-profits to commercial organisations, around the world.
Does Hannah have a team behind her?
Whether you’re looking for a single training session or large-scale programme, we’ve got you covered. Hannah has carefully selected a small network of high-quality associate trainers and coaches to work with, who have similar expertise, experience and values.
Do your training programmes cover set topics?
There are common themes that individuals and teams need support with, relating to resilience, leadership, impact, influence and confidence for example. But we don’t offer off-the-shelf packages. All coaching and training sessions are flexible and tailored precisely to what you want to achieve.
How much time do I need to commit?
Hannah is very conscious that life is busy, and you may feel there’s not much flex in your week. First, she can assure you that the time you do invest in training and coaching will always generate significant benefits. Second, the sessions are flexibly designed to maximise the time you do have, without being unrealistic.
