We also explore tools to help increase connection, influence and results, and agree individual actions.

A favourite for team away days, this interactive workshop focuses on applying the Insights model to create maximum outputs for team effectiveness. This includes facilitated discussions and activities to discover how individual and team preferences affect team dynamics and performance, including diagnosing and confronting problems, improving relationships and inspiring success. During the session we create clear and practical action plans to accelerate your team’s progress towards organisational goals.
