Training workshops

Hannah’s highly engaging training workshops are expertly designed and facilitated to reflect your organisation’s culture, people and desired outcomes. 

They use a blended approach of credible theory, evidence-based tools and a coaching facilitation style to ensure depth of thinking, resulting in individual toolkits and practical action plans.

You can choose full-day, half-day or bitesize programmes, either face to face or online.

Management & leadership workshops

Choose from a range of topics to build the most effective programme for your people. You can also select specific topics as standalone workshops. Some examples are shown below.

  • A fun and interactive session exploring self-awareness and team dynamics, complete with an action plan and tools to create an environment where everyone can thrive. 

  • Enabling all team members to collaborate and pull in the same positive direction, this session is based on Lenscioni’s 5 dysfunctions of a team and Tuckman’s stages of group development. It helps you bridge the gap between your current position, and where you’d like to get to. 

  • A hugely impactful coaching approach to help you deepen your understanding through exceptional listening and questioning, to support yourself and your team to take ownership, responsibility and a solutions focus. 

  • One thing’s for certain, the current rate of change is not slowing down. This session shows you and your team how to successfully manage yourselves and others through periods of upheaval. 

  • How can you become more agile and adapt to different ways of working? This training upskills your managers and leaders to improve their hybrid or remote-working techniques and continue to thrive in different environments.  

  • This session develops the attendees’ skills to provide impactful feedback based on a two-way ‘always on’ culture, develop an approach that improves team performance, and supports every team member to take appropriate responsibility.

  • Discover a practical approach to recruitment and selection by creating brand ambassadors for your organisation to make the process as effective and compliant as possible.

Insights Discovery workshops are engaging, insightful and create a lasting positive impact. Increasing the self-awareness of your team through Insights Discovery can be transformative, improving:

You can access Insights Discovery with Hannah in a number of ways. 

  • An interactive workshop (face to face or virtual) introducing the theory and practical application of Insights Discovery focusing on key themes of:

    • Self-awareness

    • Understanding and appreciating others

    • Improving communication

    • Impactful collaboration

    We also explore tools to help increase connection, influence and results, and agree individual actions.

  • A favourite for team away days, this interactive workshop focuses on applying the Insights model to create maximum outputs for team effectiveness. This includes facilitated discussions and activities to discover how individual and team preferences affect team dynamics and performance, including diagnosing and confronting problems, improving relationships and inspiring success. During the session we create clear and practical action plans to accelerate your team’s progress towards organisational goals.

    Other Insights workshops look at change, resilience and leadership. Contact Hannah to discuss the topics you’d like to explore in greater depth. 

  • A unique and in-depth look at each person’s Insights colour order to unlock self-awareness including blind spots, strengths, weaknesses and development areas, and how to interact with people of opposite types. 

  • This 90-minute coaching session is based on your Insights Discovery profile and supports you to identify goals, opportunities for growth, and accountability for action.  

  • The Discovery Full Circle Profile is a goldmine of information, bringing to life in a positive way how members of a team really see each other, what that means for the effectiveness of the team, and putting in place action plans to improve relationships.
